I did see that - it was impressive!

Did you see 4th quarter GDP today? 1% !!!! What a joke.
How does shipping Ford and GM manufacturing down to Mexico help the US worker? It fucks them over, this is basic economic sense.
You need to study history, the Smoot-Hawley Tariff in the 1930's was a key in making the Great Depression as horrible as it was. Tariffs are bad policy, but Blowhard is too stupid to figure that out.

Other countries suffered because they didn't sell nearly as much to the US, and eventually "retaliatory" tariffs reduced US exports as well.
Today, even if international trade went to zero due to tariffs, the increase in our domestic production from what we used to import would be a lot more than the decrease from what we used to export, because we import a hell of a lot more than we export.
Hence, tariffs would result in a net gain in domestic production.

...and domestic wages would skyrocket, because we would no longer have to compete with low wage competitors.

Total nonsense, why do you think that the US, EU, UK, and Japan have been in the shitter the past 20 years? You can't trade with third world economies without killing the middle class.
Please tell us how great NAFTA has been for the US workers? I'm waiting.

I think the US could live with higher prices if we get higher employment and wages, that's a no brainer.

Wish i had something intelligent to say, sure gave me a good laugh to read all the comments. I'm not surprised at all how stupid the American public has become.
What i find so ironic is these same american people we are talking about would call all us people who use marijuana, DMT, mushrooms, LSD, ECT... the stupid ones.
You all know what i'm talking about,
"only losers use drugs" "drug use cause brain damage" marijuana is a schedule 1 drug worse than cocaine with no medical value at all same goes for DMT. So am i surprised that these smart people are for Donald trump, NOT AT ALL.

You'll see the left media begin to ratchet up the attacks on Blowhard as he starts to show that he can't be stopped. They are going to dig every bit of mud, dirt, and shit he ever said and did and play it back 24-7 for the public.
They did that to Romney, with the constant 'he didn't pay his taxes' garbage spouted in the safety of the Senate Floor by Hair-Brained Reid. Some are already saying Trump didn't pay taxes evades taxes, blah blah blah. Well, I don't know, but I'm sure the dirt is going to come out.
in any event I don't see how voting for a National Socialist is better than voting for a Democratic Socialist.

I also read someone that a financial analyst had crunched the numbers, and if he would've just put the million dollar loan his dad gave him into an index fund, he'd be worth significantly more (not to mention staying out of bankruptcy 4 times). Intelligent businessman my ass.
