Both specimen 1 and 2 came from a few hours of walking the cow pasture today here in central AL where I hunt.
Specimen #1 Habitat: cow manure, very abundant
Gills: grey-black with black spores on ground underneath specimen, i am making a spore print and will post if necessary
Stem: white, fragile, hallow, breaking & splitting easily
Cap: white with a very light tan/goldish center on a few, all appear to be same species, 20-48mm across
Bruising: not much of any

specimen #2 Feeling pretty confident with these fellas
Habitat: cow pasture, not growing from patty but in very manure enriched soil
Gills: light brown

Stem: hallow and somewhat fragile on the smaller 3(left side) the 2 on the right with more meat were solid until the skirt then hallow to cap, spores on skirt were dark.
Cap: Golden crest in the center fading as it goes outward to an off-white ring, spore print is a purplish black, 20-65mm across

Bruising: Well defined blue bruising on stems, cant see it in the picture but its definitely blue.

Thank you folks!

#1 maybe Panaeolus antillarum #2 Psilocybe cubensis
-------------------- I give you the choice of 2 pills.
With each containing one of the following: Cyanide... Psilocin... Would you take the risk? Didn't think so. This is why Positive Identification prior to consumption is important.

Yeah thats kinda what I figured. Do you have any experience with spreading spores by taking a print and dissolving spores in distilled water bottle and poking a hole in the top to spray? I'm going to try it with the Psilocybe Cubensis, also wondering if Cubes have ever been known to grow in mulch/hay or will I need to get a big bucket of patties next time I go out there?

What? Are you trying to spread spores outside of the area you found them growing naturally? Or, are you just trying to make them more abundant on the property you found them? Either way, your question is a little silly. Here is some information about outdoor grows but most of this will deal with spent/contaminated substrates that were moved outdoors. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/18505802/fpart/1/vc/1 Your best bet is to go over to the cultivation forum and start searching for 'outdoor' grows.

Both if possible, silly? If I am not mistaken a sticky on this particular forum was where I saw the suggestion of dissolving spores into distilled water and spraying to make them more abundant. Either way my question was general and it would've been more silly for me to make a thread in another forum simply to ask this. But thanks.
