Gymnopilus is a difficult genus to ID positively at the species level without microscopy and monograph research. You do have a Gymnopilus species though. At first glance you may want to compare with Gymnopilus luteoviridis.
That being said, what makes this even more difficult to ID is that you have given us practically no info to work with. To begin with, are they bluing/discoloring anywhere? What type of wood were they fruiting from?

not that my input matters, when compared to 2 TIs that chimed in...but those do look like Gymnoplius Luteus, find the freshest specimen you have, place it in the refrigerator over night at about 42 degrees, then in the AM check for a greenish tint around the edges of the cap.

Oh I don't know I just thought they looked cool and were really big, so I posted the link. Without a microscope OP's mushrooms are anyone's guess. I imagine if OP's mushrooms were G. luteus they would have a much more pronounced partial veil.

Nice find! If u plan to eat them, though, make a tea rather than chowing down. Gyms are damn bitter and gross (Althoigh I LOVE the smell of them). Just don't boil them on the water, as that is supposed to reduce potency.

No, it's better if you dry and powder them for tea, but it's not a big deal either way. Just chop up the fresh mushrooms as small as you can cut them and simmer, don't boil.

I'd imagine the tea would taste better when the gyms are dried but potency wise they're best when fresh. I have tried both and would recommend chopping the fresh gyms as fine as you can and put them in a container with a lid that can a withstand heat (like a tall coffee cup or sosmething). Then I add water fresh of the stove that has cooled down a for a minute after boiling. Shake it up and press the juices out of the gyms in the cup. Then you can Either man up and drink it with the mushroom pulp or strain it and drink it.
I strain it.
