My friend has been really into hunting this year, yet had not found a thing(except chantrelles mmm.) Took him hunting a couple times already with no luck so I decided to take him to a spot to pick a few and show him first hand what they're like. Decided to hunt on the way there and Bingo! Found another patch, the first one he ever saw! Good vibes. These cyans are lovely looking specimins.

Dispite a cop patrolling when we found em, we picked the few that were ready and moved on to find a whole bunch of new mushies at the second spot! These are pics he took

Lovely! Here is the best part: the very next day he found his first patch on his own! One bigger than I have ever seen in person in a location that not only Ive hunted in a couple times this year, but it was a spot I told him that had promising habitats to hunt....
But never fear, I have taught him the ways of pinching/cutting, only picking fruits that are ready and leaving some to mature. And hey, maybe he'll share his spot with me...... ..maybe

Dr. Greenfurn,
If I recognize correctly, this is the Power Line trail next to RHS. Makes sense why high school kids may have raped that patch. We are neighbors?
I meant to send that message to Toddums about the habitat in the pic. But it's a small world, I wouldn't be surprised if you guys were neighbors.

I doubt this is the same location, this is Bothell. I know another power line location in Everett though that is a well known spot. <3

You want fecal bacteria on your mushrooms? Because that's how you get fecal bacteria on your mushrooms.

Yes, cyanescens camouflage well under fallen leaves.

Nothing good that I can see but I didn't look to hard. This thread is for already confirmed actives. You're gonna have to make a separate is request. Good luck

In high school a buddy of mine got heart worms from fresh cyans in a dog park. Days after tripping he had chest pains, went to doc the gave him worm meds all was ok. But fuck that any mushrooms near poo should get dried first before consumption.
