Geez the pics are so neat. You people rock. I've dodged ore Rangers way b4 the legalization of cannabis. It's still about the same. Mushroom laws are so beyond my comprehension do to there nature connecting with people no matter how, medicinal-spiritual-health. How could that be proven?

After a couple beers at our favorite local bar late last night, my roomie and I headed to one of my most prolific hunting spots in Seattle. It's a super public spot, but for some reason I'm able to find cyans every single time I go there, even when I can tell that hunters have just been in the area.
Sooooo, we walk up with our headlamps and I discover the fact that the city has completely destroyed one of my favorite patches in an attempt to "restore the area", or whatever they do The ground was all overturned, and new trees and bushes had been planted all over the place. What a bummer.
Luckily, I knew of another spot in the same area. We walked over, and sure enough, I found some cyans. We were in high spirits and decided to start eating what we were finding. After munching blind doses and scouring the area a little more, we decided to call it quits and head home.
As we were walking back to the vehicle, a white rabbit ran right in front of us. I explained the symbolism of the white rabbit to my cohort, and he suggested that we give the area one more search. Sure enough, right where the fucking rabbit ran, we found a small patch of cyans....which we also ate
Here was one of the cyans the white rabbit led us to:

Last week I decided to check this spot I thought had potential last year (just a block down from my house) and I found a bunch of scattered cyan patches all over the fucking place.
I went back today to see what was up, found a patch like ever 15 yards but scattered and small. I bet there is a lot more hidden in the grass and bramble. Interesting morphology?
Don't mind the stem butts going to try and start some more cardboard transfers.

This azzie high is nothing like cubensis. I'm so glad they dropped more spores while drying. I'm ecstatic. The comeup is a lot different, this is a nice experience. I left pins and cute little buggers and I'm praying no one else sees this thing.

At the beginning of the year the bed was full of pins, but the high school kids decided to rape the bed.

Kids forgot a few, but they have probably been picked by now.

Do you know how many years that location has been cleared for? I heard people having good luck on trails under main power lines like this location.

Well I know their was a TON more bramble last year so they must have chopped it down since then. IS that what you mean?

I'm stoked for you, my friend. The azzies are something i have yet to experience. One day!!
For now, I'm pretty damn content with the cyans Even though I've been eating fungus consistently for 14 years, the cyans are pretty new to me. I've only lived in the PNW for 3 years, and this is the first year that I've really taken the cyan plunge. I give away most of my finds, unfortunately....I almost feel like I should save a little more for myself! Gotta spread the love, though...others need it too...as hippie as that sounds.....

I ended up making a fairly decent find during lunch break at work, so no camera
I filled a lunch box with them and ended up taking all of the myc as it was right where we would be working and was slated to be buried several feet deep. Now we'll see some patch spreading

The power line spot looks so familiar may even be where I've been picking mine all year.. they are scattered everywhere small patches and a lot hiding in grass! I've been picking it since early October it's a common walk area but no one has found any yet! What location?

I kinda meant if you knew when the lines where installed, heard newer main lines are prime locations if alder is in sight. You see any signs of alder on your spot?

Nice! More pellies on the board!
The freeze doesn't seem to bother them where I'm at, they grow right out of the frozen ground, like they got antifreeze coursing through them.
They went till early Feb last year.

Dr. Greenfurn,
If I recognize correctly, this is the Power Line trail next to RHS. Makes sense why high school kids may have raped that patch. We are neighbors?
