:greenthumb:

I found my first lil cyan patch of the season today, they were growing in the grass by some chips along a river.

I should have taken pics anyways but they were all pretty small and it was not in a very hidden spot so I spent all my time looking around.

Only found 5 lil semi matures and one pin but it was only like 7 blocks from my house, I scoured along the river but didn't see any other patches. Yet

You know how it feels, With the breeze of the sun in your eyes. Not minding that time's passing by

I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me

I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

Found my new mega patch today! I have never encountered such a prolific patch. There was a drainage reservoir surrounded in chips. The whole thing was a massive single organism!

Here's my record holder for this year!

Record still sits at 35, so 4g shy ain't bad.

And hers a lil video I shot of one of the dozens of giant fairy rings I found today along with thousands of rotten specimens, and tons of pins.

Bout shit my pants walking into these. And worse on the way out the sheriff was waiting. I ditched my bag and came back for it later. This isn't the most private spot. Ducking lucky I saw him played run around the store and wait him out. Took few hours but he left.

Prolly the most adrenaline I've ever felt! 30+ wet lbs made it all worth while!

Just gonna let the rest rot feel like I'm hunting for sport now. Best day ever!

I know it's a long shot, but if someone from WA here walks their long haired white and brown dog, for one you gotta be more careful. Two, your dog is shedding hair everywhere and showing everyone where you're going or have been. But it's okay, you're picking everything in sight anyway.

Lastly, thanks for picking every single baby you came across. I know some of those pins couldn't have dropped spores by now. Total dick move man. Total dick move.

So it took a while to upload sorry for low res but here's the path I followed to get to the rings. This video ends right as I entered the second ring. Started a new vid for the awesome second ring alone. There were prolly a dozen rings out there in all!

Didn't even pick any of the trail the rings were plenty. Plus fuck sticker bushes...

So beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Just curious, do the veterans here have thoughts on the nature of this year's cyan's season? It seems amazing to me, but I've only been hunting for a few years.

Cheers

It's decent. nothing spectacular, but there has been a nice variety of finds and some serious hauls. A lot better than last year :thisisheavyman:

Locations bearing large hauls from last year have been the same and smaller, and small locations last year have turned out to produce way more than my largest from all 6 years combined! It's been an interesting season to say the least.

This year is really satisfying for sure. New patches here and there that never existed before. Killer year for the hunters I watch. :awedance:

I can't wait until I get back into work. Hiking is helping so much. I'll get to scope out areas while being paid for it. Not gonna dive elbow deep in someone's patch or nothing but a good lay of the city land... I'll be rolling in cyans next year.

Everyone's in a rush to get Azzies so say the fishermen who just came in. I really want one last set of good shots to end this season. Man its been so good for the heart and the soul.

I've got some beautiful photos I wish I had more. Psychs I'm fine on whatever just gimme some film worthy gold.

Dys your right about fishermen. I know a few that eat Azzy. Maybe it's there for fishermen, being by the sea and all.
