Alright so I love music gear, all of it haha I just wanted to see what other people here were playing on. So post what your set up is at the moment. I'll start,
For guitar I'm playing my old blue 70's non fender strat through either my 1964 supro 1616t or my 1965 fender bassman black face.
For bass I'm playin my Warwick corvette 4 string standard through a carvin r1000 and an ampeg 8x10 speaker cab.
For drums I'm playing a custom 4 piece pork pie drum set with 3 ziljian crash cymbals and paiste high hats and a paiste ride cymbal.
Let's hear what your working with!

Ah, a multi-instrumentalist! I wish I could play drums, but alas.. only 6-strings, basses, mandolin & uke. And a tiny, tiny, almost-not-worth-mentioning bit of piano.
My current guitar "rig" is an Ibanez Gio through an Ibanez tone blaster half stack. I'm the singer in my band so I don't really have the time or concentration to mess with a bunch of pedals haha

I bet you could play the drums if you can play all those instruments, it's just a bitch to learn because they're so loud. Those ibanez gio's aren't all that bad, I've got a gio bass I play at home cause I leave my bass rig at the studio cause i'm a lazy ass and don't wanna move a cab that's as big as a fridge four times a week or more haha
No one else wants to share? Did I post this in the wrong place? Does anyone really give a shit?

You might get more responses in the Music and Art forum.
I myself play on a customized Yamaha Pacifica and a VHT Ultra Special 33 watt tube amp. I also have a Frankenstein kit with Pearl export series as the toms and kick with a no name snare and a smattering of cymbals from Pearl, Sabian, and Zildjian.
Have some midi controllers too, Akai MPD26 and an APC40.

Oh ok for sure, should I make a new post there?? Or can this one be moved? Kinda new haha so I don't really know what ot do and don't wanna piss in anybodys cheerios you know?
I'm a big fan of VHT's they have a damn good tone. What's customized on your Pacifica?
@ohmrJohnson Blackstars are pretty rad, I got to play on my friends the other day it sounded really nice I just wish it was a bit more responsive. That epiphone is bad ass! I've always wanted an explorer body type guitar, one of these days!

lol I usually just use headphones
I need to start actually doing something with my music. I love to sing as well but I'm shy when it comes to that shit (which is my downfall).
But as far as the xf8 goes, yeah, the sound is incredible and you can easily spend a lot of time on it with all of the different shit you can do.

I'm playing a Gibson SG standard with Humbuckers that I bought last year. I just have a Fender Mustang amp. I am a hobby player. I also play an Ovation when I don't want to plug in.

I play a Roland JX8P for keys and I run it into my guitar amp which is a Bugera 333XL combo. I run the amp into my PA using the line out and a tube mic.
Sounds killer, I also have been building an effects collection. Here are pics:
I love this guitar, it is so beautiful. I think it suits me perfect as it looks really trippy but has some weirdness and blemishes just like me
I got it used on ebay for like 275~$ which I thought was a major score. The Roland I got used on crags list for 320$ which was also a score.
Here is my "music corner" of my living room:
My fx collection, from left to right: Delay, auto wah, octaver, fuzz, wah/autowah, distortion, distortion, distortionx2 Spectrum enhancer and a compresser.
Some of them are vintage or pretty high quality but I also have some cheap ones too. I have 3-4 others I don't use anymore.
Here are my two acoustics too:
The steel string was my first guitar I believe which my dad bought me when I was younger, the spanish guitar was my deceased grandpa's and says it was made in 32' in Hortezala Madrid
That drum in the third pic is a doube sided drum, I forget what kind and where it is from right now though....
I also have a vintage hammond organ in need of repair, sadly not one of the mega rare vintage ones, but still from the 70's I believe.

Ouch! I hate selling music gear cause I know I'll always regret it, unless it's some cheapy music gear.
@ihateliz you should! Getting your music out there is one of the most satisfying Thing in the world in my opinion.
@musiclover420 that's a nice little collection you've got goin there! I'm rather bummed the only picture that hasn't loaded for me on this website is the sound hole picture arrrggg!!! I wanted to look it up haha how does it play for being that old? I think a lot of guitars around that time didn't have a truss rod in the neck, does yours? I've had to dedicate a room in my house for all my gear it's gotten a little out of hand haha those three set ups I posted is just what I'm playing through/with at the moment.

Selling gear sucks
I have been trying to sell some pedals but only so I can buy more
Selling my fuzz pedal so I can buy a different one and some random older pedals I never use.
Thanks, I am a proud collector they are my babies
The classic guitar plays and sounds lovely minus a couple things. It has 2-3 dead notes which are unplayable without extreme bending.
The low notes sound a bit off too in certain places but I have never played another classic to compare it with
I can't play steel string acoustics anymore becouse they sound so harsh and bright compared to that mellow smooth classic sound
Oh yeah I have a Cumbus and a mandolin also, my dad built the mandolin in his youth but it plays pretty great besides some high tension.

I was practicing some stuff like that for a bit, playing fast is very fun on nylon, I love slap too since the strings have such a big warm sound.

Have you guys heard Tosin Abasi play a nylon string? It's crazy! Pretty much he's playing fast arpeggio type stuff and incorporating slap technique of sorts. He plays for animals as leaders. But there's videos on YouTube of him playing nylon acoustics. If I was on a better connection and knew how to post videos I'd show you here, but I highly recommend looking it up.

I will try to remember to look that up, sounds interesting. He is definitely a very technical player, he seems lacking in soul to me though and makes up for it with overly technical stuff as a lot of "virtuosos" do. To be fair I have not listened to much of his stuff as it is not quite my style of music. I saw a video of him playing with another great guitarist Nick Johnston and it was pretty sweet, just them jamming together in some hotel room at a guitar clinic.
