Ow, ooh, stop stop, I can't take it anymore. You are so mean.
I didn't intend to be mean to you but telling people to use meth when they have insomnia? Someone might try it and get arrested in a psychotic state.

Well guys, just woke up after a 4 hour sleep (no drugs) with this pretty cool dream I guess: http://futuretribe.space/dreams/
Still 4 hours is not enough, means I'm still on the path to a mental institution. Gonna try an afternoon nap with GHB.

It sounds like you have Non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder. I think that I have this. Basically, your biological clock is not on a 24 hour schedule, causing you to sleep later and later each night then during the day, etc.
I have chronic insomnia. I am like Shroomslip. I have tried everything and nothing works except drugs. I take benzos for sleep, but they don't always work. I have experienced psychosis from staying up for days. It sucks so bad. I wouldn't wish insomnia on my worst enemy.

Same, terrified of being thrown into isolation again, still have some form of PTSD from those 11 days.

I had been experiencing insomnia over the last 3 years and the only effective option at getting me to sleep was stillnox (ambien). my issue was more about initiating sleep rather than staying asleep.
last week I took two strong doses of shrooms on consecutive nights. each time with headphones on in a dark room with my eyes closed. the trips were incredible in and of themselves. i think the headphones triangulated the music in the middle of head, and I felt that I was a part of the music. incredible experience.
the follow on effect was an enduring sense of calmness (in very trying circumstances) and in the week since I can barely remember my head hitting the pillow for the last week.
I figure that the dark room and closed eyes prevent the visual system from corrupting the trip, allowing the shrooms to work their magic with the music.
it’s hard to describe but what I saw was like the music was a fluid and the singers voice was so clear. every inflection and every emotion clear.
that’s my set and setting for the foreseeable future.
even if your sleep doesn’t improve, you’ll have the best musical experience of your life.

That sounds incredible! Thank you for sharing. Thats the best way to experience music in my opinion.
Ive had some insomnia a couple times (im sure we all have). The best things that helped were reading a fictional book and playing video games. Both would wear out my mind to the point, i had to sleep. At least for me, it works.
