n 1 is a really nice succulent in the bothanical garden of my city, but it's unlabelled

n 2 is a spontaneus succulent growing in my propriety, that has a big violet flower. I don't have pic of the flower, because i only rememnber it.

Alluaudia procera and Carpobrotus edulis (an introduction from South Africa used as ground cover on sandy soils that did only too well around the world).
