Most interesting UFO video I've ever seen, filmed by Dept of Homeland Security

Seeing the other UFO thread I decided to see what others thought of this. It's had relatively little publicity from what I've seen, but is the best UFO video I've ever seen IMO.
Here is the full 162 page report https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B643ntN4WxBVNnc5enFPU0VUZVpLY2tJWFgwWWhoTEcyTkV3/view?pli=1

Looks like a drone or a remote control plane. At first I thought drone, but it was moving pretty quickly. It was pretty small though, so maybe a race of midget aliens? If not that, maybe some debris caught in the wind. I think the biggest question raised by this video is what was a DHS drone doing over what appears to be a US city?

It was filmed over somewhere in Puerto Rico. The report I linked provides pretty convincing analysis that this was no bird, or debris. The DHS plane that was recording this was about to embark on a surveillance run searching for drug smuggling boats I believe when it caught this craft emerging from the water.
It most likely is a drone, but is capable of feats that are pretty hard to explain - like hitting the water without losing speed and splitting into 2 separate objects with identical flight characteristics.

Yeah, that is pretty interesting. A couple of things stood out to me. One is at about 50 seconds into the video, the object tilts and recovers much the same way I would expect a rotor driven vehicle to. The second is when it hits the water. It doesnt seem to slow much with what I took for the first skip, but when it separates the slowing is more apparent. I think that what we were seeing was the object break apart and skip out of the water. It being airborne as it breaks apart would account for why the two pieces appear to maintain the same speed. It does seem to have been moving very fast for a rotor driven drone though. Then again, I really have no idea what those drones are capable of.
Edit: Holy shit, check out this video. Just googled fastest drone and came up with this: http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/drone360/2015/05/01/fastest-quadcopter/#.VekrGpeURlc

According to the analysis, it actually accelerates underwater. Try reading at least some of it, it addresses everything you've noted in great detail.

Ill read through it, but seriously, check out that video. The era of UFO videos being given credence because of seemingly impossible maneuvers has been ended by that drone. Not trying to diminish the video you posted, as it is certainly interesting. Just saying that the world has changed.

Balderdash. I watched the videos and it was impressive (considering buying or building one and I already have a Parrot drone), but only in a very limited scope does the drone you posted perform in ways like the UFO.

Um why would a UFO be giving a heat signature? You know any foreign agency probably has the same cloaking tech we do. Second why would a drone even give off a heat signature, aside from the battery, processing, and rotors? Heat would dampen quickly at those speeds, showing the functional components but not the structure. Lastly bar the report, how isn't this a bird?
It tilts and you can clearly see a wing, it flaps a few times too. It hits the water does a dive comes back up, the second dot was probably another bird of similar species just coming up from its dive, or the birds prey breaking free.
They really spent our tax paying dollarinos on this garbage? It too small to be a threat and they didn't do any counter-surveillance, complete waste if you ask me.

Um why would a UFO be giving a heat signature?
Maybe because temperature is an intrinsic property of all matter in the universe AFK.
You know any foreign agency probably has the same cloaking tech we do.

What cloaking tech?
Second why would a drone even give off a heat signature
You mean "aside from the battery, processing, and rotors?"...that produces heat.....which are components of a drone....and composed of matter....matter the entirety of which exists at certain temperatures AFK?
Heat would dampen quickly at those speeds
Would it now>? I guess its a good thing this isn't a bird or it would be dead. What formula do you use to determine the level of damping by correlating its speed?
showing the functional components but not the structure.
Umm, why would it do that exactly? Also, why is the structure not functioning along with the rest of the drone?
Lastly bar the report, how isn't this a bird?
Except for the reasons I have already written? I've been barred from answering this question.
It tilts and you can clearly see a wing, it flaps a few times too. It hits the water does a dive comes back up, the second dot was probably another bird of similar species just coming up from its dive, or the birds prey breaking free.
I've watched the video multiple times and have yet to observe the phenomena behaving as you describe.
They really spent our tax paying dollarinos on this garbage? It too small to be a threat and they didn't do any counter-surveillance, complete waste if you ask me.
I know right! Why won't someone please think of the children! Clearly the money would be better used funding efforts to improve reading comprehension. Small things have never hurt anyone and birds have never caused airplane crashes.

Here's another one you'll really like. This ufo shut down a whole airport in china a few years ago. What I find extremely interesting is how this object has somehow created a tunnel of light behind it, and is somehow keeping the tunnel lit up with light, until the 30 second mark when the object seems to do something which separates it from the light tunnel it was making, then continue on with out the light tunnel attached. Definitely some awesome stuff from our friends from the skies....

Come on, that video is obviously from a rocket. Not a single one of you so much as glanced at the report.

Admittedly. But I'm always skeptical.
