been lucid dreaming OBE'ing since I was kid, know all the different techniques for obtaining lucidity and all that... have read most of the introductory stuff like 'exploring the world of lucid dreaming' by lebarge and what not..
but are there any that dig a little deeper into it?... I know there are forums on the subject and stuff, but I'd like an actual solid book or two.

Piggybacking your thread, I've a question... How do you manage to get through the blissful void (the floating and euphoric electrical shocks through the body), or when things turn south the sleep paralysis + shadow people?

Not a book but meds like melatonin can help induce more powerful lucid dreams.
I get them almost every time I use them.
