Agar help

So I'm thinking these aren't good? I have had the worst time with Agars. Looking for some opinions I used lme and agar agar the clear brick

The agar looks fine to me. The first pic clearly shows some sort of growth other than mycelium. The second picture looks a lot better, but you can tell  the mycelium isnt flourishing. A lot of factors to consider here, are you working from clone, or MS?

Spore drops. Some of em you can actually see the spores in the agar.

Growth from spores tends to look really wispy and suspect anyway. :shrug:

Its time to transfer to new plates. Take a cut from the healthiest most aggressive sections edge. After another transfer or so put it to grains or continue on to achieve isolates to test out.
