Im wondering about any great books out there that I can read to help me grow on my spiritual journey. I took 2 weeks off from work to just read meditate and other things... I found this book on amazon, kind of obscure cover, but really great. I was wondering if anyone knows of any great books similar to it Thanks http://www.amazon.com/Easy-Manifesting-Understand-Attraction-Dreams-ebook/dp/B014U9T28M/ref=cm_sw_em_r_dpod_nrg6vb1012M9B_lm

Man and his symbols by Car Jung. Not spiritual per say, but it tells you all about the importance of dreams and the unconscious mind, things that would lead to such development.

two of my favourite spiritual books are these two, which form a two-part autobiography of Peter Mt. Shasta's journeys to India, spiritual experiences and practices, and eventual training with the ascended masters:
http://www.amazon.com/Search-Guru-Prequel-Adventures-Western/dp/0982807384/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1441299736&sr=1-1&keywords=search+for+the+guru
http://www.amazon.com/Adventures-Western-Mystic-Apprentice-Masters/dp/1449064116/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1441299823&sr=1-1&keywords=adventures+of+a+western+mystic
another good spiritual autobiography, which is quite a classic and is the book that really ignited my spiritual interest, is Autobiography of a Yogi by Yogananda:
http://www.amazon.com/Autobiography-Self-Realization-Fellowship-Paramahansa-Yogananda/dp/0876120796/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1441299888&sr=1-1&keywords=autobiography+of+a+yogi
I find autobiographies are particularly helpful as they give a broad range of insights into the spiritual paths that others have gone through - and I find them quite inspirational

The Pharmako books by Dale Pendell are some very interesting texts on occult, spiritual, and alchemical matters; especially relating to drug use. Tied many things together for me.

Also check out The Shifting Realities of Philip K Dick. He has some ace ideas regarding spiritual development and, like Watts, sometimes shows a good example of what NOT to do.

The Screwtape Letters by C.S.Lewis; I read this book at the beginning of my spiritual journey. It made me aware of the insidious, evil forces at work and how to combat them. It's written from the point of view of a demon and this appealed to my lizard brain, because I could understand the cracks in which the evil energies wiggle themselves into my life via doubt, anger, etc.
The Alchemist by Paul Coelho; I recently read this and it is much more blatantly positive and uplifting than the former. If you read this book in the right moment of your life it can change the way you look at your life and your destiny.
Siddartha by Hermann Hesse; of course, this is a classic.
These are all pretty short, fulfilling reads and can be read in 2-3 days at most. I also suggest reading the bios of the authors because the context can really influence the text itself, in my experience anyways.
Enjoy and have fun in all of your odysseys!
