Hep Lock Bottles

Hey road, and all the other cool people here, I had an apiffany the other night on how to shorten inoc procedures and at the same time be able to store more clean spore solution. Hear me out and then let me know what you think. You know those hep lock bottles the doctor takes liquid from when he gives you a shot? What if you could get a few of those unused and un labled and of coarse sterile, and you could with the use of a glove box make a mass solution mix, and then inject it into said bottles, to be stored in the fridge. Wouldn't that cut out having to make a fresh needle every time? All you would have to do is take new sterile needle, stick into hep bottle draw syringe full and inoc. No more mass of stored prints, you could keep a sort of "master" print book, and you would have a ready supply of solution that you could keep stored with minimal space and no chance of contam. Any thoughts on this?

You could do this, I myself use 20cc syringes so I can innoculate about 8 quarts with this, which is good enough for me. But I think It would just be too much hassle for the time you gain with it. If you want to shorten innoculation time, just go for a liquid culture, dextrose/honey. Its easy cheap and fast.

PS: Check out the alien broth tek, should be somewhere on this forum, it comes pretty close to your idea, but uses liqiud culture.
