I think this is a panaeolus cinctulus but am looking for confirmation here. Found in the front lawn of an office building today. Not the best spore print but it was looking pretty black to me. Thanks!

Sure is. You'll need quite a few though. I had a pretty good year with those. My field stopped producing a few weeks ago unfortunately.

Give it a week or two and it'll start producing into the fall until it gets too cold, that always happens with my spots

Thank you. They tore the grass up in strips to put in underground sprinklers. When I walked up I looked like a refugee seeing their home for the first time after the war. I practically dropped to my knees and wailed. Home before the war:

I thought I found multiple cases of Pan cincts today on my walk. I just can't tell if they are Pan Foes or not. I brought a couple home and they appear to have a jet black spore print but none of them had gills that had actually turned black. Maybe I will take some pictures tomorrow....but do you guys know what the primary difference is between Cincts and Foes?

In my experience, and I slayed the Subbs this year, the difference is in the stem. Stiff stem usually means you are on the right track. Also the stem turns red and gets darker for the bottom 2/3 of it. Sometimes you get a natural spore print from them growing on top of each other, which is convenient. And, I saw some definite bluing in mine. However, bluing is rare in Subbs so the absence of such doesn't disqualify anything.
