right?
Thats what I've always wondered.
There seems to be like a major difference between sleep paralysis and dreaming or lucid dreaming.
As when you are in sleep paralysis, you can be fully aware that your mind is awake and your are tripping..but you have no control! and its never something happy and fun like unicorns on rainbows or something.
For myself and apparently many others, its downright terrifying.
weird.
its all so fucking weird. lucid dreaming, dreaming, sleep paralysis..just wtf.

In a dream once I found an old full length mirror in a library of the campus I used to trip around, I had read something about mirrors being portals in dreams previously so I stepped through. It was a little like when neo touches the mirror in the matrix but I just kept walking and let it happen, the world I entered was like bizzaro world and everything was so unique and amazing. I have not ever found another mirror similar to that one.

Only if I fall back asleep.
If i wake up to sleep paralsyis either randomly, or while lucid dreaming (becoming to aware in mind and waking up), I cant go back unless I try to forget that I'm paralyzed on the bed with strange happenings all around me and fall asleep.

Lucid Dreaming is an amazing phenomenon. Scientists still don't really know anything about it or why we even dream in the first place.
Sleep Paralysis is terrifying.
I really only experience it when withdrawing from drugs.

Its easy to escape. I Always visualize myself rising up out of my body by climbing a rope
