Buried colonized mycelium...psychedelic?

Habitat:
Mulch bed

Gills:
Light tan with dark brown streaks

Stem:
~4 inches, thin, white, hollow

Cap:
light tan and dark brown/gray

About 3 weeks ago, I dumped a broken container of brazil strain cubes out on a mulch bed outside my house. Today, I found this mushroom growing out from right near that spot. I was wondering if this is a brazilian, and if the mushroom looks healthy enough for consumption.
