Food depositories.
For getting food to those who need it, or at least trying.

A hot shower.

Water heater wasn't installed properly.

Was about to start day 4 of no shower and the plumber said 72 more hours. I nearly lost my mind on them.

Put it in right the first time and you wouldn't be here..

Thing was backwards and the mounting bracket covered the control panel.

MmmHmm!
A hot shower would be a welcomed treat after 4 days without it, that's for sure!
I know the feeling.

Wow!
Take that shower.
Maybe while you're in there you'll meditate on your decision.

Moonshoe had inspired me to buy a LifeStraw, a 1.75 ounce drinking straw using $20 nanotechnology that allows you to drink water out of rivers, lakes and the like, it can purify 100 liters = 264 gallons so its enough for a year. If unused it has an unlimited shelf life, so I figured its a good thing to have lying around. My prepping friends felt the same way so I placed an order for one for each of us.

Anyhoo they came in today and on the package it said that for each unit sold a child in Africa receives a school year's worth of free drinking water. So yay, not just have we taken care of our needs but it turns out we each made a considerable charity donation doing so.

I'm grateful for that. In taking for us we gave to others. :rainbowcloud:

That's truly the best scenario.
Everybody wins!
I haven't heard of those straws before though.  I'll have to look them up. Sounds super interesting!
Thanks Asante!
Keep the gratitude.
