Question regarding the randomness of MS

Hello everyone,
I recently harvested a flush from a monotub and a bulk cake, both from the same MS syringe. I understand that every jar (and possibly every mushroom) *correct me if I'm wrong* will have different genetics and therefore will vary in many aspects, including potency. I have sampled the tubs fruits and they are pretty underwhelming (lesson learned, I'm switching to agar) but not yet the cakes fruits. My question is two part, A) is there a chance that the cakes fruits will be altogether a different situation in terms of potency seeing as it was spawned from a separate jar than the 4 I used in the tub?
B) The second flush is coming through in the tub, can I expect the same low potency, or due to it being MS will this flush be it's own story all together?
Sorry for the novel, I wouldn't have even asked if I could find something relatively similar in the search.
I appreciate any guidance you all can offer.

Each and every mushroom may contain different levels of actives, as well as different characteristics, such as height, weight, shape, ect. Which is why people isolate/clone genetics; To obtain mushrooms of the same phenotype.

the short and easy answer is that its MS. variation will occur, within flush, btw flushes, btw substrates, etc.
make sure u are drying them completely and storing them correctly.

How do you recommend storing?

Thanks guys, I appreciate the clarification. Ive got some agar on the way because isolates sound really interesting and rather rewarding as well. As for drying I have a Nesco food dehydrator that I run at 145 until cracker dry. I keep the dried fruits in a mason jar and they don't stick around long enough to do much in terms of degradation. Thanks again, you guys are rad.

They'll last longer in that mason jar if you get one of those hand pumps to vacuum seal the jar.

Could you just place a silica packet in there? Asking because I will be at that stage soon hopefully.

I think people do that as well. I prefer the air tight seal, but whatever floats your boat.

I heard desiccant packs (silica, etc) are the way to go for long term storage. I'm not sure on the tek for that, nor have I ever tried it, but something tells me a food saver bag and a desiccant pack is a step or two in the right direction. Here is a link on the subject, I'm going to do a little research of my own on it, now that it's been brought up. Good luck man!

So the link I posted is mainly about desiccant drying, but I does mention that a silica pack in an airtight container is good for maintaining dryness. I don't think it's a bad idea.
