Need mushroom identification

Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
argentina, buenos aires. In My Garden, on the grass. Altitude is sea level. Climate humid, season almost spring.
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
The gills are almost invisible, since its dark and black. I saw no gills, i mean no marcs. Just plain black.
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
It has a white stem, its plain White. No spots or anything other than just White. Its 2 to 5cm long and thin like 1-2cm.
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
the cap is brownish and is not "firm" nor uniform (each of them has slightly different shape) sort of a bell shape downwards. But not a perfect Bell. Its shape is circular but not perfectly. The inside of the Bell is dark almost Black thin and hollow. If you cut open its inside is Black sort of shiny like a Stone. Its is 3-7cm diameter. Texture soft (not hard) and rough in its surface when you pass your finger through it.
Spore print color: Very important!
Black, very black. Like ink.
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
After one day, the mushrooms are very wet, and started to bruise in brown and black colours. I kept them between napkins on a bowl.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.
The scent is weird, sort of the smell of humidity.

With my magnifying glass out i've decided to go with Coprinellus micaceus.
That site you're using kind of crashed out when i uploaded 400 pics to it earlier, try imgur.com or click this button, be aware you have a limit as a normal user:
-------------------- I give you the choice of 2 pills.
With each containing one of the following: Cyanide... Psilocin... Would you take the risk? Didn't think so. This is why Positive Identification prior to consumption is important.

Basically what I want to know is
are they poisonous? Are they edible? Are they hallucinogenic?
I can't seem to find if the Coprinellus micaceus, coprinoid or psathyrella are edible, and if they produce some sort of hallucinogenic effect.

We can't give you a 100% I.D because the picture is too small, if you can upload the full size photo's to either shroomery or imgur.com then post the link here we can help further Coprinellus micaceus are edible but will turn to liquid possibly within hours to a day or so if not cooked, that's why they have the common name glistening ink cap, they turn into an ink like mess very quickly a process called deliquescence.
Cooking inactivates the enzyme responsible, but please don't eat them till we see the full size photos.

Excelent Blazeey, you where super helpful and quick. Thanks again everyone for the prompt responses.
I've been looking at this species you mentioned Coprinellus micaceus, and every description I see fits what I have. They are turning into black liquid now, so I'm pretty sure you are spot on with your ID.
I pretty much wanted to know if they were hallucinogenic, which I see from what I've looked up they are not. They are edible but not "wow, this is so good". So i'll just throw them away. They were like 15-20 little things. I collected them yesterday from my garden.
Basically, I just wanted the free trip, but no way in hell I was going to eat them before knowing what they were.
Thanks again for your help, and hello to you all from Argentina!
