I wikipidia'd your definition. And the picture for the shroom has a pointy cap and is light brown yellowish; mine are round flat. Whiteish blue. So not sure. Maybe same family

It's possible that you have a mix of panaeolus papilionaceus, and copelandia, but hard to tell with them all bunched up in a bag,no offense.
I do see that the majority is panaeolus papilionaceus,I can assure you on that one if not all of them.

He is right, they are pan paps... They vary greatly in appearance, check out the google image search results, not just the one or 2 pics in Wikipedia:

They are edible, but not psychoactive. They also taste like what they grow from as well.

for the sake of accurate ID, if not just for the politeness and thoroughness of it, have them sorted and take new pics.
certainly possible to have an active or three in a bunch like that. at least one shows what might be bruising in the pic but it's going to be hard to get a thorough ID of a big ole batch in a bag.

And yeah I see one mushroom that appears to have bluing on the stem, out of all those paps,in the very center of the pic,so it's possible there is an active or two in the lot.

The whole mushroom can bruise blue, personally, i think these are all paps.
-------------------- I give you the choice of 2 pills.
With each containing one of the following: Cyanide... Psilocin... Would you take the risk? Didn't think so. This is why Positive Identification prior to consumption is important.

So paps have no blue bruising at all? Not even after sitting for some time? And if u said there could be some good ones in the bunch does that mean that there's a similar shroom that looks just like a paps? Thx

You would know if they was copes, they blue heavily, they don't call em Blue meanies for nothing
Paps will not bruise blue since they contain no active chemicals.
