I put mine under a 400w mh with about 6' x 4' of space but those are mature plants. You might want to put the little novos at the edge of the light circle or have a separate area for them.

This. This is actually what I was thinking with what I have. I've got a 8' x8' x 6.5' tent with a 1000watt, Im gonna keep my Novos at the edge of the light and put everything that needs more intense light directly underneath

How close are they to the light, or are those the lumens tested at the plant? I'm going to have more than will fit on the outside of the circle of light, so I've got to kind of calculate direct light.

Distance doesn't seem to be an issue. It's one bulb and they range from 8 inches to 1 1/2 feet from the light.

Well, unfortunately I had one of the three die...
But, fortunately I was able to mourn and move on with the addition of many new sprouts.

You need to wait until they are uniformly red and separate from the plant with a pretty light pull.

Well sheesh, it has been 146 days and still not super impressive growth. There has been some, especially with spring rounding the corner. I can't wait to let them outside for a while. I've lost quite a few, some I think because not enough air was circulating and the soil stayed too wet. Others were lost to too much sunlight too quick when spring came around and the Windows weren't blinded.
I've also added a mimosa hostilis, in the bottom pic, should be easily identified and is only a 2.5 weeks from seed in soil.

They should be bigger than that at 146 days. How many do you have in total? Te seventh picture or plant looks nice. But i think they should be way bigger than that. Here are mine at 8 montha or so.

It was 146 days since my last update, they're all between 8 and 10 months old. They are perking up now that winter has ended in the Midwest. I agree they should be bigger.
