I think I'm going to leave the bottle off but get them accustomed to it slowly over the period of 2-3 days. Half of the day off, then on at night. Just for a day or two.

Or you could just poke holes in the bottle. Let ambient humidity get in and then off it goes.

As I rolled out of bed today, the first set of leaves spread open on plant #1...
Plant #2 is still having trouble pulling the seed out of the soil... Should I help it?

Common knowledge might lean toward not helping it, but honestly I can't say I wouldn't resist the urge to at least move tiny bits of dirt off the seed coat to lighten the load it has to lift to get it's head up...

Man oh man, I think my luck is going strong here... I came home from work to find this little girl in the back, making the THIRD little miracle... Big storms recently, must have urged her to peak up! Gonna buy her a new indoor pot tomorrow and bring her in.
Very happy right now!

Wow, nice job man! I just recently started growing E. novo myself for the first time as well, though my little plants have a month or two on yours. I'm no expert on growing E. novo(far from it, to be honest) but since we're at similar stages in the growing process and I'm just a bit ahead of you in the process, feel free to ask me anything or look at myn thread if you're curious as to what methods I raise these plants with. I'll do the same by checking up on this thread as the months go by!
Here's some pics of my seedlings(about two months old currently)

Very cool man, I'll check ito out it and be watching yours grow up too. I've also got salvia divinorum growing from seed and a few other gems. I'm just a beginner but I'm finding my green thumb.

Ok, got #3 a new pot and then came home to find that she already has her seed cover off and is opening her first set of leaves...
So, what do i do? Fuck with her, of course... As I was moving her into her final home, the dirt fell apart and I had to push hard against the side of the container to prevent her from twisting. I hope she's alright.

Hopefully it will be okay. As long as you didn't crack the stem or anything, I think it should pull through.

It looked very stressed to me, so i moved dirt around in there to allow it to pull up the seed. That one might need surgical intervention.

Has moving the dirt helped yet? I know you only posted this 10 hours ago, but be sure to update when it does something. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that it starts standing up in the next few hours to a day, assuming the stem or roods didn't get damaged.

If not, just consider it a 'birth mark'. It'll just make her look unique. How's the other one doing?
