Why are pans different than cubensis - and other questions

First question is: Why are pans different than cubensis? More psilocybin/psilocin?
Second: 1lbs of grain spawn for 5lbs of substrate is a workable ratio?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, they contain a greater concentration of the actives..... can be 3x more potent, although it will vary.

Im positive that pan cyans contain a wider variety of alkoloids than cubes.

The Panaeolus genus contain serotonin, psilocybin, and psilocin
From what I've gathered the serotonin doesn't influence the trip in any way; since it degrades to quickly in our bodies, (MAO-A enzyme)

Yeah, that was the ratio told to me, until my "master"(she doesnt't consider herself that, but what else do you call someone who has been helping me for 3 weeks non-stop?) that the lowest the ratio, the higher the yield. I will check what to do, it's due for late this week or early next week.
About pans, so, as I gathered, they are indeed different than cubensis not just due to their strength but possible other alkaloids. Serotonin reuptake inhibitors are my drug of necessity, but if it has insignificant serotonin no risks like Molly (which would fuck me up for days with depression). I will do some more specific research. But thanks a bunch you guys!
------- Another question: Panaelous cambodginiensis sandose domesticate: The domesticate means it is easier to grow indoors? lol Is this a good strain for grains or BRF?
