Spore syringe to agar plate question.

Ill start by saying im new to agar but not new to cultivating and decided to purchase pre done plates rather than do my own until i see how they work. I ordered 4x pda plates from a sponsor as well as 5 spore syringes. Using my SAB I placed 2-3 drops of spore solution (after shaking the syringes) onto the plates. They are Y plates so each Y section got 2-3 drops and each dish got a different strain. After doing some reading I have the idea that spores on agar can take from 3-30 days to see growth. I guess my first question is, after 11 days is it normal to see zero growth on all sections of all plates? My second question is, at what point would I voice my concerns to the vendor?

You should never email the sponsor telling them your spores didn't grow, because they sold them to you for microscopy purposes. They don't want to be connected to your illegal activities in any way. (I'm assuming you're talking cubensis here)
11 days is awfully long though. Perhaps the agar got too wet? Is there any standing water? Try to use just a single drop of spore solution on agar plates to avoid this problem.
Stick it out though, they might still germinate

Thanks for the response, there is no standing water on the agar, and just a little bit of condensation on 1 lid.

Your first mistake was purchasing pre-made plates, when it would have been soo much easier(and cheaper) to make your own. Check out Pasty's Easy Agar tek, it's how most growers(noobies and advanced) do their agar nowadays.
It's always good to do everything from scratch in this hobby, and not to cut corners, you'll be happy you did when you see an awesome flush coming in, and you know that you put in the hard work to get to that point. It's a very rewarding feeling.
Like rbalzer said, they still have a good chance to germinate, just be patient and let them do their thing.

Sounds good, I appreciate the honesty as always. I shall order some agar as no local stores stock agaragar, and do it from scratch, and the world will be proud of me, and much love shall be given to me! Lol, thanks again.
