Ok,I'll respond this last time, you didn't accuse him of poaching the cactus, but you did ask because you presumed he was probably going to do so.
I believe I am the one who was in the wrong the whole time, and I'm sorry guys.
I'll be a man,and admit that.
However,I still standby the whole poaching definition, which even if he did take those cacti it would be stealing, not poaching.
I also stand by my removal of non native plants form the wild not being poaching too, even though I don't practice this,or plan to.

Now I hate to break it you you,but you're not practicing what you preach good buddy, you poached when you took those passion flowers, because that is a native passion flower found in Tennessee,Kentucky, and all over the southeastern US as well if you want to go there:wink::lol:

There is also a difference in walking up on someone's property, and stealing a plant opposed to just coming up on it in the woods.
The woods is fair game, someone's property is not,but this doesn't make it right, regardless.

I also messaged the OP,and he never responded,so I did say to you,he most likely was going to do what you thought he was going to do,but then again,it's an assumption, and we don't know,so I didn't practice what I was preaching either:lol:

Anyway, again,I'm sorry for all the confusion guys, and I hope we can put all of this rubbish behind us,I already have:cool:
