That's because it is. It's Lophophora williamsii var Caespitosa. These cacti are quite distinct, so are easy to identify even with blurry pics.

to me it looks degrafted and rerooted...hard to say for sure without good root pics, but the shape of the cactus itself looks taller than it should be. Naturally they form more blanket structure...although I have seen the tower structure before as well.
