Maybe honey mushroom? Armilleria? If so, though, they look too old and tough to eat, they are better when small.

AFAIK honey mushrooms have white spore prints and in pic 2 it looks like some purple-ish spores dropped on a lower cap...if indeed that is a spore print and not something else.
