Does anyone foresee a problem in doing this to my SGFC?

My tub doesn't have a lot of width but it's tall, I don't think the shrooms will run out of room in this setup I'm just wondering about other potential problems (besides dropping the shelf when I'm baked )

Oh, I get ya now, lol interesting idea. You you would just be careful and lift the rack out to mist the bottom cakes? Never seen it done before myself, the only drawbacksI can think of is maybe a difference in humidity/the top cakes drying faster, and lifting the rack out each time would get old fast but Cool idea, I'd like to see the results

Misting won't be an issue.
As for the stacking yeah, done that too, but they pin at different times, fuse together and you gotta break em apart, but definitely the easiest way. This adds a bit more surface area too.
