what travel documentation will i need, i have heard that i would need a birth cert, and state id.
would a copy of a birth certificate work?
also what are the chances of getting searched if i attempted to cross without these documents?

In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption"

I'd have to say that trying to cross either US border right now without proper ID will get you searched. It'd be much more of a problem coming back than getting out.

I know for a fact in Texas all that is needed to cross the border back into the US is a state issued DL/ID card as far as being searched its a roll of the dice right now with the terror alert the way it is chances are very good that even with the proper ID you will be searched

I would suggest getting a passport if you have time.  It depends on how you are getting in and out of the country also.  If you are flying into the country you will get searched like a mofo by customs like I did this summer.  If you are in a car, it will be different.  Either way it is easy to leave the country, but hard to get back in.  Good luck, be safe, fuck the man. :mad2:

EDIT: When I say country I mean Rome.  Oops, I mean USA.

if you have a copy of your birth certificate you'll need to have the raised official stamp on it..
