Growing directly from cow poo in field with cubes bruises green has same features as cubes but différent cap color.
*update* after concluding that they were most likely safe to eat a friend ingested 1 gram then 2 1/2 more. Psychoactive for sure, most definitely cubensis.

Cant say I agree, looks completely different and mine bruises a green color. The spores also seem to be a dark brown, light brown.

It's difficult when they're dry like that but I can't think what else it might be.

Well I see we're it looks like it had a veil. I'm not really seeing the bruising. If it is bruising it's not.copelandia so it would most likely be Cubensis if it was growing straight from dung. Dried specimens are tough to identify. That second pic looks like there is bruising on the stem but it maybe because of the color background is close to the color of the fruit.

If that's the same mushroom then it's definitely not what I said it was, originally.
It looks like P. cubensis to me.

Nice! Damn OP this is a tough one but I'm going to have to go with agaricus. If it's not then it's definitely a cube but we need a TI.

It does resemble agaricus. What do you mean by TI? I'm assuming spore print? Which it's probably too late now, correct?

A trusted identifier. It looks like it could be bruising but it can also be were spores were picked up by fingers and pressed into stem. The gills are pretty close together and the veil has a lot of white and also has a >< shape. I've hunted many cubes and some agaricus can look literally identical.

Ahh okay, I cracked the stem open and it reveals a bluish greenish throughout it. I am very certain it is bruising as I squeezed it and watched the bruising happen myself.

Hmmm. Well if it is agaricus and it's not yellow staining it won't hurt to ingest it. I can't help you on this one sir. Green staining is usually just a washed out cube.
If you see blue green then it's probably a cube.
