Need help in bulk process

so my friend ordered Monster Bulk Growing & incubator Ecosystem ( http://www.midwestgrowkits.com/Monster-Mushroom-Growing-Incubator-Ecosystem%20.html ) and there is some stuff i don't know what to do with...i know the inoculation process and the colonization process in the jars, and i understand the process of transferring the jars to a container by breaking them apart and adding more substrate but i cant seem to know what is the coco coir for, I don't think i need the LED lights or the hydroponic humidifier(i think perlite is enough and the spawns will be able to receive direct sunlight) unless the "Hydroton" that comes with the humidifier helps fruiting, nor would i need the air pump (i know air flow is needed to keep CO2 out.. but i though it could just be done by fanning it. (please understand that i've tried to find some of this stuff online but cant. any help is gereatly appreciated.

You should toss like... 90% of that kit.
I would just take the mister, the coir, timer, maybe the lights, the verm and the perlite. The gloves and the scale too.
Then take that 66 quart tub and make it a monotub and use that 110 tub for storage. Then get another, smaller SGFC.
That sub and spawn are probably trash but you can use it if you like.

Thank you could you tell me what the coir is for? and what is SGFC...also all i would need to do would be to set the perlite at the bottom of the tub then the the substrate bags and then mix the substrate-bags with the colonized jars, or should i just "sprinkle" the colonized jars on top of the substrate? also do i need to sterilize the substrate-bags top prevent contamination?

Then search these words and do a little research
I think you should start with cakes again because it seems like you don't have a good grasp on what it takes to grow mushrooms seeing as this kit is absolutely 95% trash.
Search these:
Damion5050 Elementary Coir Tek Search your grain spawn because it doesn't detail if it's rye, wbs, oats, etc. Still Air Box
And you should be able to work your way up from there
