Here' it shows that AUS just bought guns from the people
so people that didn't really want guns sold them to be destroyed rather then selling them to a rando

Lol a hatchet for in home protection that's something else man. Obviously you don't need a 50 cal but if there's more then 1 intruder a hatchet is almost pointless.

Is there a shield around houses then disable the striker or hammer on a gun when you enter?

Lol people that use guns to kill people will kick your door in or break a window or come in the garage/back door or any number of things. Now I do lock my doors and windows and all that as yes it does provide some deterrence but ultimately if people want to get in they will. Literally within a week of my felonies being overturned I had purchased 2 guns. I bought a hunting rifle and a 12 gauge shotgun. I believe people should be able to buy what

Yeah, Asante, don't you know our very own VVD is a liberal party? And you're not even human to them if you make less then 3000 euros a month
But we all know what Asante meant. And I think he's right, you guys are trying to see PC liberal conspiracies everywhere. Is it just possible that, maybe, a business is discontinueing a product because it isn't selling that well?
And you can still buy ammo there, right? I wouldn't whine about it. I've seen those gun shops you guys have, why would you ever go to walmart for your weapons in the first place?

This isn't a change in America . This is no different than any other product not being sold in a certain store because it doesn't do well (When I worked retail we had people still coming into ask for chewing tobacco, it had apparently be removed because it just never sold with any regularity, it wasn't worth the hassle or logistics to keep it stocked, so it was axed).
Walmart prides themselves on cheap shit, and their guns were no exception really, at least the ones in question. You'll get plenty of people to say they love their Bushmaster, but you'll also get plenty of people to say they love their Taurus. Most serious gun owners snub their nose at both though. Would you run out and buy some 500 dollar piece of equipment with a track record of breaking down almost immediately and customer service/repairs being abysmal at best? Or would you spend an extra 50-100 to go with the brand that has been shown to be of excellent quality and very dedicated customer support? Even very well built guns sometimes just don't work right. It's the nature of mass production. If you get a Taurus that needs servicing, you can expect to get it back weeks later, and maybe even discover the problem hasn't been fixed. My Ruger had a problem and I had to send it in. I had it back in under a week, problem fixed. No hassle whatsoever. So you can't even base that kind of decision on reliability. You need to base it on customer service.
I've never, in all my life, seen a single person buy a gun from Wal-mart. I know it happens, but I've never seen it. Every single time I go to Academy, there's someone buying a gun, or getting ready to buy one. They stock solid guns with proven track records. You could get them a little cheaper online, but it's kind of a hassle to buy a gun online. You also can't inspect it's quality beforehand.
If you really think Walmart deciding to stop selling ARs and shit is a sign of anything, you are obviously very misinformed. Academy probably sells in a week what Walmart sold all year. And Academy isn't the only store that has guns flying out the doors. You will not see these places deciding to remove guns from their lines, because they make a lot of money off of it.
EDIT: In answer of the question: Good thing. They were shit anyways.

The VVD are conservatives, their understanding of Liberals is quite different from the US one.

Of course its narrowminded, because its true:
http://www.politicususa.com/2013/12/23/walmart-busted-forcing-employees-political-contributions-republicans.html
Walmart not just heavily sponsors the republican party, it tries to blackmail its employees to do the same.

They aren't selling AR-15s anymore because the not enough people are buying them. They are a business and a practical thing for them to do is to not buy a product that won't sell.
well duhhh you really think CVS would stop selling cigs if it was thier #1 product because its "healthier" or whatever. Yehh fucking right they stopped selling cigs cuz they were sick of paying to rotate a stock of stale cigs no one ever buys.
When cvs carried cigs they sold a fuckload. Easily 25% of sales were cigarettes at the store I worked in. They had the best price in the area.

I still don't understand that move. When they stopped selling cigs, our customer base basically doubled over night. They reported an increase in revenue, but I really don't see how that's possible.
Literally the most common thing someone goes into Walgreens for is cigarettes. As far as the front of the store is concerned anyways. Pharmacy is another world.
