Contam or Mycellium?

This is my first time growing mushrooms and after spending about 50 hours of research and collecting equipment I decided to start from agar dishes. These are the pics after about 3 days. I was wondering if that is mycellium growing or some kind of yeast? I do make my own beer and wine but all the yeast and equipment is separated from my mushroom area. I don't know whether to cut out a piece and transfer to a fresh agar dish or just wait a bit longer?

Your situation will be tricky...
When I worked in a lab, my housemate was making beer all the time. I wasn't in contact with it, but yeast infections started sprouting up in our cell cultures at work... The smell of our incubators were awful even after multiple extensive cleanings.
I moved out and the yeast infection moved out of the lab.
Keep it extremely clean man. Shower beforehand is a must or at least it was for me.
Keep the culturing of yeast far away from your agar plates and media. I know you may use the same kitchen so this may be hard, but you gotta find a way!!!
Good Luck!

Yeah don't do myco work in an open kitchen. Neither a sab or a flow hood should be done in that. Sab is actually better in a small bedroom or room with the door closed and vents off to make the room still. And a flow hood needs the surface you work on at least not the place you eat on..

I know you use a glove box. I didn't say glove box lol. A still air box in an open area like a kitchen isn't good
