ID Help Please

Habitat: On a natural mulch, pine needle and leave area with some gum balls from overhead sweet gums. An old playground of sorts in a bermuda back yard in GA outside metro Atlanta that has now because a blow spot for yard debris. Low lying spot that seems to catch drainage and retain water.
Gills: brownish but were much lighter fresh
Stem: Reasonably thick but not too overly long
Cap: Some dark nipples on Convex?? caps. some with no nipple and some heavily insect damaged that I left behind. Harvested minor damaged ones. Sorry kind of new on scientific descriptions but you can use pictures even though I fully realize the quality may not be 100% perfect.
Spore print color: no print taken
Bruising: Bruising is greenish and bluish and is not present on some specimens. not extremely prominent when present. more of a tinting than a staining Other information: Smells kind of like cubes I've had before

From an uninformed perspective, the gills were much more grey brown to dark brown. There where no signs of white spores such as is with the case with the lacceria genus that I looked up. Correct ? More dark colored if anything as my hands got slightly tinted in harvesting.

Nah more for water retention reference and gill examination. This is while the species was still fairly wet

aiight...
to me it looks like free gills? maybe different kinds as well
i'm not sure water content is going to give you much useful information.
doing a cross-section of one would have been helpful.
i'm sure they're pretty dried out by now

They aren't in front of me now but I seem to remember them being attached to the stalk as they had some damage of them near the stalks. Nonetheless, throw aways?

One more characteristic to point out is the recognizable blue ring that surrounds the stem right where it meets the gills

if it's a recognizable characteristic then surely you can depict this via photograph, right?

Here are the pictures that show the tinting I was speaking about. Maybe these will shed new light. And sorry that I only have dried pictures and not fresh and habitat.

i guess it was the lighter coloration where stipe ends that made it look free.
won't even offer an opinion on your tints and hypholoma has greenish tones at times
at this point, i'd go with your TI's opinion and toss em

The new pics look like they could be Psilocybe caerulescens, check microscopic features.
