You could just be depressed, man. It happens. Do you have specific goals that you are actively pursuing? Do you meditate or have some practice of self-reflection in place? What's your social situation like? Do you have good sleep hygiene? One thing that can really through off energy, mood, and motivation is light. Looking at a screen within an hour before attempting to sleep can throw off Melatonin levels and effect the amount of time is spent in REM sleep. Certain types of foods before bed can do the same.

There are a lot of things that could potentially slowing you down even if you're under the impression that you're otherwise living a healthy lifestyle. For me it comes down to eating clean, exercising and meditating regularly, socializing at least a couple times a week, engaging in something intellectually stimulating, and taking time to self-reflect. If all of these are in place then I usually have plenty of energy and a great mood.
