Yeah, it'll benefit your substrate.
dried tea leafs have about 4% nitrogen.
Treat it as a supplement/additive... About 3-5% of your bulk.

About as much point as you asking me if I have a point to make.
Just seeing if the guy was gonna make tea with his pasteurization water.

Do you have the string with the little square tab hanging over the edge? That'd be hilarious.

its a large filtered teabag as used in restaurants to make large batches of tea. No string. Im reminded of the coffee project which inspired me to try tea just to see if it grows more aggressively

IDK if whether or not the tea bag had an effect on potency or not, but many of my people were saying that the mushies bomb! Thou i didnt make a log, i do have some pics. After an additional few mushrooms grew from the casing, i decided to make prints and noticed really dark bluing on the stipes. I should mention the strain is oakridge and the substrate was horse poo, verm and coir.. Check it out.
 early pic of first flush
really dark bluing on mushroom stipe..
Im reminded of the coffee project and am encouraged to add a tea bag again on my next pasteurization
