this is possibly the longest debate I've ever seen in my life between two people, well done guys this is impressive
-------------------- How to get started in bulk: Presto 23-Quart Pressure Cooker BOD's Simple as FUCK Still Air Box PastyWhyte's Easy Agar Tek Munchauzen's Cultivation Video Series How EvilMushroom666 Prepares His Grains (I use jars with Synthetic Filter Discs) What is G2G? (Grain-to-Grain) Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

I think that when you're gone, you're gone. I believe that the brain can still be alive like 6 minutes after you're dead, or something like that. I just heard that somewhere, it sounded good so ya know anything can happen in that amount of time. I probably sound dumb, but, oh well. I do wonder why we have those experiences though, like obe, or nde, but I've just kind of accepted that our brains are complex. And it can really drive you crazy thinking about it all the time. Trust me, I know. Lol.

To me it always seemed the most natural thing would be that our consciousnesses simply cease to exist. After death is oblivion. I have never been religious, though I sometimes wish I could enjoy the comfort that spirituality can sometimes bring (without the delusions, circular logic and brainwashing that goes on in many organized religions).
I'm open to the possibility that I'm wrong, though if I am that still doesn't necessarily mean that there is a God at work.
Its just that there are some very bizarre concepts in play when it comes to thinking about the universe and our reality. For instance, how did something ever develop from absolutely nothing. Scientists have come up with partial theories but I think the full truth behind that will always remain beyond human understanding. Certain things are just beyond us and perhaps that's how it should be.
Also, even with the billions of variations of planets and solar systems out there its pretty mindboggling that lifeforms with our level of intelligence even exist and developed naturally from a chain reaction that started billions of years ago. I feel absolutely certain that a lot of other life exists out there, its just the intelligence and ability to understand combined with the miracle of life is hard to believe, and yet here we are.
Whenever I get to thinking about things like this it always reminds me of these brief fleeting moments in my life when its like all of the sudden I feel tapped into the reality of the universe. Its like a heightened awareness of where I am and what I am, and experiencing reality in such an intense state of mind actually feels utterly surreal and dreamlike. Its like those 'holy shit, how does all this even exist' moments. I think its probably the same thing that religious people call a 'spiritual epiphany'. To me those magical fleeting moments are some of my favorite experiences of my life. I know it sounds a lot like tripping too but this is different somehow. Its something one can only experience when fully awake and in their right mind I think.

There are certainly clues. Much documentation, study and analysis of the near death experience along with centuries and centuries of disciplined effort to achieve and hold onto the brain wave states, through meditation (Tibetan Monks) that get close to the near death experience without drugs both reveal very similar things.
Clearly there is an ability for the brain/body/spirit to somehow shift our perception to a completely different reality than what we experience normally when awake. Is it just a dream or hallucination? That's the question. If it is a dream/hallucination world that only exists in our brain, then someone needs to explain where that infinitely complex inner world comes from and why our brain would create it in the first place and why it's so organized, crystal clear and filled with literally infinite information and experiences.

Immortality is the ability to retain full memory through all consciousness transformations. Loss of memory is man's greatest curse and, in very real terms, death." -- Ancient Taoist Master

You go to a morgue, get embalmed and buried or cremated, no? If you're murdered perhaps somebody digs a ditch and tosses you in it somewhere remotely.... Hmmmm, there's a lot of possibilities .

It is possible that we all just end up in a non existent state, I would assume that since our system/centre of cognition and memory are no longer in use we would end up in the same sort of non-experiential state that we have just before we are born, but I cannot say that I am certain of or believe this theory, for all anybody knows death itself might be the craziest thing imaginable, that is if we CAN imagine it, which I don't think we can.

I think we need to know if infinity exists or not before we can even try to answer a question like this.

Well i think we go into an unconsicous death state...and from there we are at or not at the various masters and immortals who have access to this form that you are in..
And if they decide they can screw you over..
Or they can help you find cognition and then chances are for you to
1. Resurrect 2. Find a home in the out of body realms..like heaven or Valhalla for example..or in the infinity of the Holy Spirit(infinity).. 3.merge with the soul consciousness.. or 4. find a way to reincarnate..

What I find so strange about the topic of life after death is that it is arguably one of the most interesting and important topic at the most fundamental level to virtually all humans.
And ...
How much serious scientific research is really happening on the topic? Very little.

What I find strange is that you find it strange that scientists are not dedicating their lives to studying a topic that is unstudiable.

It's fairly interesting though what might happen to you while you're dying, what you're conscious of, if you can hear others (virtually all of my nurse friends say you can, and that hearing is the last thing to go). Um what you experience, if you experience time dilation, those last few minutes of life could be like a dream, and I've had dreams that have felt like eternities only to wake up and find the clock had only passed a few minutes before the last one.... Dying is way more interesting to me than being dead. Maybe you're dying right now and this is just a dream state

Why is it "unstudiable?" There have been civilizations (Tibet, for example) that have studied it extensively and come to very different conclusions than most are aware of.
If consciousness and inter dimensional physics can be studied, then what happens after death can be as well.
And let's be serious, the CIA and other secret agencies have been secretly studying the mobility of consciousness beyond the physical body for decades.

I would say the phenomena of synchronicity can be objectively proven given the right experiment.
Once synchronicity becomes scientific fact, then we can explore the nature/reason and implications with regards to consciousness, empirically.
First you would need someone who can manifest synchronicity, whether through tripping, meditating, etc..some trip their whole lives and havent manifested mind-blowing synchronicity. Others manifest and recognize synchronicity everyday, but while tripping, they become incredibly pronounced..with humorous, extremely relevant, stacking of "coincidence" that imply some personality behind it all.
Record a person interacting with synchronicity, and eventually the number of "coincidence"s stacking becomes mathmatically improbable, if not impossible. That alone should prove the phenomena as factual

Now wouldn't that be nice! I've only recently come to accept that my inner dialogue will simply never shut up, so the thought of it one day doing so is quite lovely to me.

I've always kind of belived you have a massive dmt flash where you relive the highlights of your life as your vision slowly fades out. I hope there's something after that and you're reconnected with all your loved ones but that's just wishful thinking
