Why do I over analyze everything?

Whether it be a relationship, someone I don't like, someone who did me wrong, or just myself and my decisions in life, I always let it get the best of me. It just replays over and over in my head for literally months and it drives me fucking insane and I make myself depressed and my heart beats so hard from the anxiety. Even in my mind it's silly but it's like I just can't fucking stop the bullshit. I know it's not good but I seriously don't know what to do about. I think about every little fucking thing AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

(Grain-to-Grain) Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

You can't change the past. Grab what you can from it and move on.

You could not have picked a better time to have said this. Like seriously, you have no idea how perfect this timing was. Thank you for that.

One of my fav quotes is from Mother Theresa:
'Yesterday is gone, tomorrow has not yet come; we have only today, let us begin.'
Think it was Mahatma Gandhi who relayed: the past unearths sadness and regret the future brings anxiety true happiness is within the present moment
I second meditation or taking a course in mindfulness, reading the Tao
'Be Here Now' is a great grounding mantra for this
--------------------
From all I may be, or have been before, To mingle with the Universe, and feel What I can ne’er express, yet cannot all conceal.

I used to do this. Keep searching why this anxiety is so strong because the more we understand about ourselves & our anxieties, the less you will fear the triggers. Ive been working on it for years and am finally getting results. Its a long but worthy road. Feel free to PM me any time if you need support.
