Wrong forum for this.
That being said, looks like yeast to me especially if its been a few days and you haven't seen any mycelium yet.

What did you inoculate with ...MS Syringe?

Definitely looks like yeast. I'd go dump it outside. If you inoculated with MS Syringe, you should learn agar immediately by Googling Pasty's Easy Agar Tek.

Yes I used MS Syringe. It was my first time making one, must have not done a good job at cleanliness. Thanks for the advice, will throw away and start again.

Did you use gypsum in your soak or simmer?

I'd say yeast then. You should research agar ASAP, brother. It's super helpful and will avoid stuff like this a lot of the time.

I believe I just tossed out 4 jars with yeast on them. I shook them up and when I opened it, a layer of dust or whatever rose off of it (was outside). Yeast would do that right?

Yeast is dustless. Or at least what I have been calling yeast is. It's slimy and smells like rotten v.

Hmm, probably just leftover shit from the grains (or them smacking into each other from the shake). Nothing looked slimy, pretty dry actually. I am sure it was yeast though.

there's 100s of yeasts that all will have different morphology. some of them make pseudo hyphae and some of them like Candida albicans can make hyphae, pseudo hyphae, and also act yeast like.
some yeasts are dry and powdery some will be more wet/slime like.
what's on those grains if it is yeast is actually probably C.albicans

Why don't you detail us your grain prep and sterilization methods there OP?
Looks off if you didn't use gyp.

It's not bacteria so it's a sterile technique issue. Either the inoculant or the inoculation Mold would be killed even if you under sterilized but at least hit 170+ F

standard prep:
soak grain in purified water 24 hrs
simmer 20 mins, not boil
let drain for 30 mins
put in jars
close with lid (4 holes on lid for inoculation) and aluminum foil
PC for 80 mins
wait to cool down
inoculate
put in incubator at 27C

24 hours is likely too long. I believe most people recommend somewhere between 8-12 hours now since that standing water can activate endospores. I may be incorrect on the reasoning, but 24 hours is a long time.
I've never done MS with grains, but I don't think you don't need 4 holes. Are you covering the holes with anything later that can provide GE while simultaneously blocking contaminants from falling in (like we use SFDs for)?
You don't need an incubator. The temperature of the incubator is not what the inside of the substrate will be. It's way too hot for that and is likely helping contaminants get a foothold.

Don't use purified water use tap water.
4 hole lids are not for grain those are for PF/brf cakes
90m is the bare minimum at 15psi for grain
