ID request edible

So I went out to my chanterelle spot and found several along with my first hedgehog mushrooms.
I also found some I would like ID'd edibility wise.
I believe this is an oyster, but it is round with a centrally located stipe and silvery, but with that faint anise smell like an oyster. They grew on roots or fallen branches in a spot with a lot of fallen sticks and branches. Am I way off base here? I'm mostly going on smell!
1.

This one I've seen a lot of around here. It started out pinkish and by time I got back from work (got them on my lunch break), they were more tan like something grew on the center and not the very edges. Pink gills not as vibrant as the pic suggests but def. pink. I believe it's the amethyst deceiver. in same mixed woods by mississpi river in MN.
2.

And I also have a question about the chanterelles. I found two that have white pseudogills instead of yellow. In fact one of my nicest ones is white underneath and yellow on top. Is this normal?
3.

And here's one from my first 3 hedgehogs! I'm super stoked to eat them. I presume there's no mistaking them (from what I recall), but I'll double check and let me know if its not so of course.
4.

And then I found these sunday; only thing I found and there were shit-tons. Looks like lactarius stem and all of them even small ones had funnel shape with gills outward. Very weird. Couldn't get any obvious latex to show but it seemed like there was clear sticky liquid on edges in some. They might just be old? Anyway, curious about these too!

Im thinking clitocybe odora for #1? Says gills white to pink and that it smells like anise and it loses its blue in age to grey/silvery. Some sources say it can be mistaken for other anise smelling mushrooms when it ages? (or is it vice versa?) But no one lists what those lookalikes would be and other sources say no look alikes. My camera brownified it but it was a very beautiful silver color when found.
For the chanterelle why is it white gilled unlike the others?

nice find on the chants and hedgehogs - hedgehogs are my favorite edible of all mushrooms i think - and usually not too buggy to boot

I find them like that sometimes too, does it smell any different than the others. It might be parasitized if it smells funky.
