At least a fan I'd say but highly recommend a dehydrator.

If your looking to invest in the hobby dehydrator hands down. They are dry in hours not days.

I was worried they where turning green from me touching them so I didn't clean them well yet. I am getting a dehydrator right away . In the mean time I added this fan . And this is the entire container

Thanks a lot for the input

Looks like you have a lid on the tub your fan is in. I say leave the lid off.
You want the moisture to escape from the mushrooms, having that lid would keep the moisture in.

I don't see any reason to even cover them at all while drying. I leave mine on a big glass window pane with a fan at one end, although they kind stick a little when peeling them off.

Yep that fruit is bacterial and your substrate looks extremely dry. The other fruits should be ok to eat tho.
