Will i get the same effect off all cubes? I thought psilocybin is what makes you trip. Someone told me golden teachers are not as good as some others.

You need to clone mushroom tissue on an petri dish with agar you need a SAB to do this test potentcy on friends or yourself brusing doesnt mean that

Golden teacher is just a name given to a variety of cubensis. B , golden teacher , treasure coast etc.. all cubensis. All cubensis have the exact same growing parameters and potential for yeild and potency, there are only cosmetic differences between the varieties.
Most varieties are domesticated enough that fruits grown from multi spore inoculation will usually be plenty potent, but its a crapshoot, they can vary in potemcy from flush to flush or fruit to fruit. The only way to grow fruits of consistent potency is to either clone a fruit or isolate a single strain.. both require testing and a little bit of skill and work. You will have to preserve that strain or clone and grow from that culture each time

Here is an example of an isolated strain on agar plate

Why? This is a penis envy isolate I put to a plate from a slanted culture. It was isolated all the way from spore and tested

In my little experience and study, I can see different growth rates. The slower growth at 12 and around 7 o'clock. I thought an isolate would be circular with consistent growth patterns all around the clock.
Just my opinion, take it with a grain of salt.
