Cap: From 1/2 inch to an inch diameter, light brown, semi textured(not slick or slimy in appearance,
Spore print color: brown
Bruising: no change really. slight darkening when the stem is squished
Other information: somewhat bittersweet smell. smells kind of good actually. ill attach pictures.

This is an Inocybe species.
There is a 70% chance that it is toxic and a 30% chance that it is edible.
If it is toxic, the toxin will be muscarine.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscarine
While muscarine can be deadly, it rarely is. Your friend probably won't need medical attention unless he feels like he is going to die.
Interestingly, it appears as though atropine reverses the effects of muscarine. If you are going to try to treat him with atropine, and I am not recommending it, I would smoke it - or else the cure could very well be worse than the original toxin.

He is fine - muscarine kicks in fast and leaves fast. He apparently didn't get enough to do anything, or he got lucky and got a species which doesn't have any.
Other mushrooms can cause poisoning many hours or even days later, but not Inocybe.
Next time have him post the photos here first - a very small percentage of random mushrooms have psilocybin - far less than 1%. Around 20% are toxic, those odds aren't in his favor.

I was yelling at him quite a bit. He said he felt fuzzy for like an hour. Fool XD. Anyways it gave him a good scare so hopefully he learned. I just wanted to make sure he didnt need a hospital.
