Some help with my Banisteriopsis caapi?

Hey guys my I got my B. caapi cutting about 2 weeks ago in the mail and she's really looking on the sad side and was looking for some input as to what my next move shood be on trying to increase her condition. I've got some pictures of my greenhouse set up, it's a 4 tier temperature controlled greenhouse with a warm mist humidifier, it's running at 27C. (80.6F) it may fluctuate 5 degrees and also on humidity as I have 2 heat pads on all the time and the humidifier on a thermostat but it's the end of winter in southern Australia so temperature is reasonably consistent.
I've also got my P. Viridis Leaf cuttings, Trichocereus Pachanoi and bridgesii seedlings, Mimosa Hostilis seedlings, catnip and sage going in there too, if any of those are conflicting in this environment too I'd love a heads up...
Two of her leaves have fallen off leaving a lonely one left, it seems to be yellowing more around the edges so i realised my efforts thus far have been in vein. So after unsuccessful research on indoor caapi growing in greenhouses I have been unable to swing around her degradation so I'm posting up here If anyone has some input it would be greatly appreciated, I initially thought she could of just been shocked from being posted but she hasn't picked up any so I'm starting to some doubts about my setup. Thank you in advance everyone.
