I only said that because I thought you had an issue with naming spore providers whilst discussing cultivation.

Lol welcome to the shroomery cloud Don't worry, we all hear this bs at some point or another

(Grain-to-Grain) Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

lol yeah, so just stop mentioning vendors, dont stop talking about cultivation
if you just start over with a new print I'm sure everything will go much better for ya, spores101 isnt even a vendor its a scam site that is a parasite on mush cultivators. Send them a e-mail tell them to go to hell and die and just take it as a learning experience.

I'm about to make a SAB with a 56qt sterilite box and some PVC drain caps. Is it better to offset the arm holes or have them level?

Cloudbase Jim said: Hi guys,
Just wondering if there is a specific agar tek for a glove box using a syringe?
So far all I have accomplished is a kaleidoscope of mold. I usually spray a lot of alcohol around everything a half hour before i begin, then I make a pit in the agar and mix some syringe sauce in. This has the effect of making a lot of condensation and mold everywhere but ... no mycelium.
I have left a petri dish for a week in the same place without trying to inoculate it and it has stayed contam free, so I know its an issue with my glove box/syringe tek.
Would love some valuable shrooomery input, thanks.
Oh, also the spores are from spores101.com could this be my problem?
Thanks
How are you making a pit in the agar? That is your problem right there I think.
Forget the pit. Just put a single drop of solution on the dish and close immediately.

I usually try and embed the liquid into the agar by scratching the surface whilst injecting. It is always my aim to not have any liquid sloping around on my agar so I only use a drop or so.
Appologies if this question is out of order but I was wondering if, In my circumstances would people here order new spores (bearing in mind that mine came from *******)
cheers
