As far as I know......Mycotopia was shut down shortly after I made a comment about it being 2 years and they still didn't have sponsors, and that only Gov't Alphabet groups (LEO) operate with black budgets.....And it's been down ever since.....
I thought it was strange, that they really wanted to get people to send in 20$ here and there for VIP, but didn't take on sponsors who pay about 3-500$ a pop......
Also, I questioned whether anyone actually knew Zen (the new owner) IRL....
Perhaps they are in the process of adding sponsors now.....?

Yes, I nonchalantly, and indirectly accused them of being LEO......
I guess now there's a rumor going around Tek, that Mrs.H3 is in witness protection.....and that's why she's been practically non-exsistant on the forum.....

Interesting to say the least. Did you just come up with that on the spot? If that wasn't a rumor before, it could be now . What is LEO, all I find is a nonprofit organization, Labadie Environmental Organization (LEO).

It's because all of the content (teks, grow logs, etc) on Mycotopia can be found here at the Shroomery, but the Shroomery is more entertaining.
Not hating on Mycotopia, I'm just more of a Shroomery girl.

I'm a member there but I haven't been active there for a couple of years. They had some very long periods of downtime in the past and eventually came back.

There are only so many of us and the Shroomery is clearly the gorilla in the room for all psychedelic forums. It has everything and a diverse member base. It isn't a hippie wankfest.
By the way, Y'all should go to the RIP thread. Fuck, we lost a good one.

I use more specialized sites typically for info, aka the Nexus, etc. Never done a grow on shrooms, I'd probably find something good here though if I did

yup, just right off the top of my head.....And that's the type of responses that kept me away from here, and just sticking to the Private Sites(you know, invite only).....

invite only sites either get shut down by the fbi or just have such low traffic that they can't really be used for anything other than finding specific information... sources, reviews....

So far, the ones you know maybe.....
Topia maybe was filled with old hippies and possibly ran by LEO, but I would much rather post there or to a "slow" private forum, than to forum filled with a bunch of uppity know-it-alls...."clears throat"

There are advantages to both high traffic and low traffic forums I think. Mycotopia always seemed to be an older crowd which was nice in some ways. I don't see any compelling reason to believe it was run by law enforcement, to what end? What significant busts are there to show for what would have to be a major outlay of resources? Not seeing it.
