After the Jars are 100% colonized is there anyway to keep them stored,an if so how?

I believe you can store in fridge but I would wait for TC for confirmation. I believe I've read here though that people store master jars and master plates in the fridge for months.

You can store them in the fridge. I personally wouldn't leave them in there fir too long though. The sooner you can use your spawn the better.

Storing live, freshly colonized grain spawn in the fridge slows down the metabolic rate of the mycelial growth but the mycelium is still consuming moisture and nutrients out of the grains while also tightening their foothold upon the grains so is therefore counter productive for the purpose of storing cultures.  Master culture slanting is the safe way to store live mycelium cultures indubitably long term.  It's best to expand upon grain cultures with in about two weeks of full colonization.
