If the sub is coir and verm you risk a shitty flush. If the sub is anything else you risk trich.

Nothing except shittier pinset and probably less yield.
One of three things will happen: A) The tub will start fruiting immediately leading to a shitty pinset and less yield because not everything is colonized so the myc doesn't have full access to all the available nutrients and water.
B) The tub will fully colonize and then fruit anyway because myc likes to do that. Or it will colonize a little more and then fruit. This will probably lead to a drier substrate that will need misting.
C) Any contams that were in the spawn or substrate or in the air with hpoo will sporulate as the myc either fruits or continues to colonize and fuck everything.

You do not NEED holes. They might help, might not. They will keep the humidity from staying too high and promoting infection. I get away with minimal holes, misting, and fanning.

holes in the FC definitely helps! but you dont need anything for fruiting in this hobby, mushrooms will grow in vitro in the dark.
