From what I can see of the spines "although blurry" I don't think either is a pachanoi.

Ok well IMHO the first seems to be very bridgesii esc.But with the spines snipped it makes things a bit difficult. With Bridge the spiced can vary per areole so if you have some areoles with multiple spines clipped off and others with smaller numbers that would be good enough for me to say it is.
The second seems very cuzco like with the large areoles and what I can see were at some point large spines many in number. cuzco have yellowish spines upon early growth that have a tendency to turn white on older growth. Although the ribs look strange to me in shape which puts another possibility in my head that I'm not certain enough of to name until I could be for certain.

While appearence does definitely say Trichocereus, those whoolly areoles leave me wordless.
